Uwadiale was born in Benin City, Edo State Nigeria, on 10th February 1983, to Roseline and Henry Agenmonmen from Esan North East Local Government Area of Edo State. He grew up with six siblings of which he is the 5th (fifth) Born.

Uwadiale Started his schooling career at Emotan Nursery School (now called Our Ladies of Apostle) along Airport Road, Benin City Edo State.

He continued his primary school education at Emotan primary school, Dawson road, Benin City where he started showing his passion for business with the sales of Pencil, Chin chin, Sweet, Biro and Sweet in classes

When Uwadiale turned 11, his parents enrolled him at St. David’s Boys Model Secondary School, Evboneka, Benin-City, where he started His Secondary School. He then moved as a pioneer student to Federal Government College, Ibillo, Edo State. He blossomed in all his subjects, excelling in math and science, and also doing very well in computer science and then became the Library Prefect of the School.

Uwadiale as a young innocent and passionate Business man who said as a “i love to make money” also continued his business with the sales of Pencil, Chin chin, Sweet, Biro in his primary school.
